In the ancient book of Isaiah we can find this prophecy, where He predicts and describes those who do not believe in God:
“In them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says, ‘By hearing you will hear, and will in no way understand; Seeing you will see, and will in no way perceive; for this people’s heart has grown callous, their ears are dull of hearing, and they have closed their eyes; or else perhaps they might perceive with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their heart, and would turn again, and I would heal them.”

It is written in scripture that students of a great spiritual teacher were unable to apply the power of God to heal a person, and they asked their teacher why they couldn’t heal the person? The teacher replied to them by saying:
“Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”
